I’m a entrepreneur, sailor, and runner from Baltimore, MD.
More than anything, I want to make stuff. I want to make apps, websites, systems, companies, and new ideas.
I also want to learn stuff. Especially new ways to think and learn. I read a lot of books and want to travel around the world in pursuit of this.
I started Skipjack Studios to solve real world problems.
When I bought my first sailboat I couldn’t find one source of weather data. So I built Buoycast to show all the info you need to stay safe on the water.
My boat didn’t have a built in knotmeter or chartplotter. So I built BoatSpeed, a knotmeter and bearing compass for iPhone and Apple Watch.
When I got into running I couldn’t find an app to quickly calculate pace, speed, and race finishing times. So I built Pace for iPhone and Apple Watch. I’m also working on a few other ideas in the health and fitness space.
I’m always looking for new problems to solve and love to collaborate. If you have an idea or want to work together on a project send me an email.
I love hearing from people, so please send me an email and introduce yourself.
